Taking Time to Connect with Nature

Colin De France

There is a certain natural rhythm to life, which escapes us whenever we become overly pre-occupied with work and domestic duties. One of the best way to reset one's biological clock and fall back into step with this natural rhythm, is to take at least 10 minutes each day connecting with nature. Go for a hike, walk the dog in a park or on a trail, sitting on the grass with your shoes off, breathe in some fresh air and simply listen to the sounds of nature. These are just a few examples.

Taking time to connect with nature will give you a fresh perspective and put a little hop back into your step!

Love & blessings,

Colin
